Three foundational strengths that position Luxxe Clothing as the manufacturer of choice for South Africa's most demanding retail and corporate clients.

Our Story

Built on Craft.
Driven by Standards.

Luxxe Clothing (Pty) Ltd is a Cape Town-based garment manufacturer with over 15 years of experience supplying South Africa's leading retail chains, corporate institutions, and large-scale buyers.

Who We Are

More Than a Manufacturer — A Strategic Partner

Founded on the conviction that South African clothing manufacturing could meet and exceed global standards, Luxxe Clothing has grown from a boutique Cape Town operation into a full-service garment manufacturing and customisation business trusted by some of the country's largest organisations.

We operate from two dedicated facilities in Cape Town: our head office in Lansdowne and our factory shop in Salt River. Together, these provide the infrastructure necessary to handle complex, high-volume briefs without compromising the craftsmanship that defines our output.

Our clients come to us because they need more than a supplier. They need a partner who understands their brand, their standards, and their deadlines — and who delivers on all three, every time.

Our Values

The Principles We Manufacture By

Integrity in Every Stitch

We do not cut corners — literally or figuratively. From the quality of our raw materials to the honesty of our client communication, we hold ourselves to an uncompromising standard of professional integrity.

Partnership Over Transaction

We invest in understanding each client's brand, objectives, and constraints. Our goal is not a one-off order — it is a long-term manufacturing relationship built on consistent performance and mutual respect.

Innovation in Production

The garment industry is evolving rapidly. We embrace technology — from design automation to AI-assisted quality control — to ensure our manufacturing processes remain at the leading edge of the industry.

South African Excellence

We are proudly South African. Our investment in local talent, local supply chains, and local manufacturing capacity is both a commercial strategy and a commitment to the country that shaped us.

Sustainability & Responsibility

We source fabrics responsibly, manage waste rigorously, and operate with full consciousness of our environmental impact — because excellence and responsibility are not mutually exclusive.

On-Time. Every Time.

Retail operates on tight windows. We understand that a missed delivery date is a commercial risk. Our production planning and logistics are built around your deadlines, not ours.

Luxxe Clothing's dual-facility Cape Town operation gives us the productive capacity to absorb large institutional orders without sacrificing the quality benchmarks our clients expect.

What We Offer

End-to-End
Garment Solutions.

From the first design sketch to the final quality check, Luxxe Clothing manages every stage of the manufacturing process — giving our clients a single point of accountability for their entire production brief.

Our Approach

A Complete Manufacturing Partner

We do not operate as a simple cut-make-trim facility. Luxxe Clothing provides a fully integrated manufacturing service that begins at design and ends only when a quality-assured product leaves our facility.

This end-to-end model eliminates the coordination complexity that clients face when managing multiple suppliers — and places accountability exactly where it should be: with us.

Our clients range from large national retail chains placing seasonal orders to corporate organisations requiring branded staff uniforms. In every case, our service model is the same: thorough, professional, and uncompromising in quality.

Why Clients Choose Luxxe

  • Single point of contact from brief to delivery
  • In-house design capability — no third-party agencies required
  • Premium fabric sourcing from trusted local and international mills
  • Full customisation: embroidery, screen printing, woven labels, trims
  • Consistent quality across pilot runs and full-volume production
  • Two Cape Town facilities with combined large-scale capacity
  • Transparent communication and production tracking throughout
Step 01

Design & Development

Our in-house design team works directly from client briefs to develop original product ranges that align with your brand identity, target market, and seasonal direction — managing the complete design-to-sample pipeline.

  • Custom range development from concept to specification
  • Technical pattern making and grading
  • Fabric and trim selection consultation
  • Pre-production sample creation and approval workflow
  • Design iteration and refinement at no additional cost
Step 02

Manufacturing

Production is managed across our two Cape Town facilities using experienced craftspeople and technology-enhanced processes. We manufacture across all four garment categories with the capacity to handle high-volume orders without lead-time compromise.

  • High-volume cut, make, and trim manufacturing
  • Multi-category production capability on a single site
  • Technology-assisted cutting and assembly for precision and speed
  • Strict in-line quality control at every production stage
  • Flexible production scheduling aligned with client timelines
Step 03

Customisation

Every garment can carry your brand — from woven labels and heat-pressed logos to embroidered insignia and bespoke trim packages. Our customisation team ensures brand standards are upheld consistently across every unit in every order.

  • Embroidery: logos, text, and insignia to specification
  • Screen and digital printing for large graphic applications
  • Custom woven labels and branded care labels
  • Speciality trims: buttons, zips, toggles, and branded hardware
  • Branded packaging available for retail-ready deliveries
